Roger, after receiving a degree in broadcast production, began his career by working at numerous tv stations as a news photographer/editor.  In 1991, he finally landed an assistant editor job at VP Film and Tape. He put in 14 years working his way up to VP's senior editor postion. Along the way he went from running an online suite, utilizing a paltex and 1" tape machines to working on Avid, Final Cut, and After Effects. He used these new tools to cut many local and regional spots as well as industrials for such clients as Cole Haan, Dupont and Poland Spring. He even managed to cut 52 episodes of tlc's gardening naturally. From there Roger kept up with  changing times and technology, finally going out on his own in 2004 with the ED:IT SH:OP.

Wanda, came on board at the ED:IT SH:OP with Roger as wife and business partner. She helps out in any way she can. If you stop by you're likely to see her answering phones or balancing the finances.

Keith, is a willing and able understudy, who has worked his way up from apprentice to assistant. His abilities with the latest editing and graphics software grow each day.
